Your privacy and the quality of my service matters!

As part of best professional practice, all data is stored on password protected devices and kept for no longer than 6 months after our final point of contact.

Booking forms are used to collect information which is stored on a secured device for the necessary period of time to plan and deliver the best ceremony. Data, which is shared by you or by a Funeral Director is deleted within 6 months after a ceremony has been delivered.

The ICO fee is paid through my business to ensure that the correct protocols, as set by Parliament, are adhered to, particularly with regard to data protection.

I am DBS cleared to assure you that I have no criminal convictions. It is important to know that you can trust your celebrant.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of the services I provide, complaints should be made informally in the first instance, through phone call or face time communication. As is best practice, all complaints will be acknowledged and efforts made to resolve any concerns. Formal complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 2 weeks of receipt of a written complaint.

As humans, we celebrants do aim for perfection but acknowledge that time needs to be used to best effect. It is always so wonderful to work with clients who appreciate that a celebrant works outside of normal working hours. Excellent ceremonies are created when communication is good, where trust and honesty are maintained and where we support one another by reading information provided and keeping to timescales.

Where there is a joint appreciation of our human willingness to do our best coupled with harmonious forms of communication, there develops a bond of friendship which reveals itself to everyone’s advantage.

As a well trained and highly professional individual, I will do my best to make you feel at ease, to listen to your wishes and requests and to support and guide so that, together, we create a ceremony which stays in the hearts and minds of all those who attend .
